Grandma’s mug cake ready for the oven in 3 minutes!

Ingredients:

200 g raisins
300 g wheat flour type 405
2 tsp baking powder
200 g sugar
200 g margarine
3 eggs
100 g almond slivers
2 tbsp breadcrumb flour

Preparation:

1. For Rum Raisin Sheet Cake, simply scald the raisins with boiling water in good time and let them drain.

2. It is best to let it sit overnight, preheat the oven to 180 degrees C, and mix wheat flour type – 405 with baking powder and sugar for the sheet cake dough.

3. Now knead in the margarine and eggs. Mix the almond slivers and then the drained rum raisins into the dough. Grease half a baking tray measuring approximately 34 x 24 cm.
