Apple Pudding Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Enjoy the wonderful combination of soft cake, sweet apple pudding and rich cream cheese frosting. A perfect treat for every occasion.

Ingredients

For the dough:
3 eggs
90 g 6 tbsp sugar
A pinch of salt
130 g 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp wheat flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder

For the apple pudding:
3 apples peeled, sliced
750 ml 3 cups apple juice
45g 3 tbsp sugar
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder , 37g each

For the cream:
100 ml 2/5 cup apple juice (additional)
400 g 2 cups cream (33% fat)
600 g 2.5 cups cream cheese, softened
60g 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180℃ (356℉). Beat eggs, sugar and salt until fluffy. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder. Place in a lined 28x18cm tin and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool down.
Apple pudding: Cook apples in 750ml apple juice and sugar until soft. Mix pudding powder with 100ml apple juice; Add to apples until thickened. Spread
