Ingredients
For covering:
80g whipped cream
30 g honey clear, aromatic
20g sugar
160 g almonds n flaked
For the dough:
250 g flour wheat flour
50 g ground almonds
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs he
120g sugar
125 g butter , softened
250 g sour cream
For the filling:
1 pack almond pudding powder
500 ml milk 3.5% fat
4 tbsp sugar
250 g softened butter
Instructions
Heat the cream with honey and sugar in a saucepan while stirring. Stir in the flaked almonds, remove from the heat and allow to cool. Mix the flour with almonds, baking powder and baking soda. Mix the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, stir in the butter and sour cream, add the flour mixture and mix everything into a smooth dough.
