Everyone loves a Black Forest cherry cake

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
5 egg(s)
1 cup sunflower oil
1 pack baking powder
3 packs chocolate pudding powder
3 packs vanilla pudding powder

2 jars of morello cherries or sour cherries
4 cups whipped cream
2 packs vanilla sugar
3 packs cream stiffener
Some chocolate shavings

preparation

Start by mixing the 3 packs of chocolate pudding powder and one pack of the vanilla pudding powder with the fresh eggs, good quality sunflower oil, fine sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Take your time and mix everything intensively for at least 10 minutes to achieve an even and smooth consistency.

Carefully pour the resulting mixture into a high baking tray and spread it gently so that it is evenly distributed. The whole thing is then baked until golden brown at a temperature of 170 degrees in a convection oven for about 15 minutes.
