INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
400g 00 flour
150g sugar
150g butter
2 eggs
Chocolate chips
For the cream:
400 ml whipped cream
180g condensed milk
chocolate chips
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the flour with sugar, butter and eggs. Knead until a compact dough forms. Add the chocolate chips and incorporate.
Divide the dough in half and wrap each in plastic wrap. Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
