Butter biscuit dessert with quark and cream

Ingredients

800 g low-fat quark
600 ml whipped cream or cream
150 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar

150 g whole milk chocolate
200 g butter biscuits or Oreo biscuits
100 g butter or margarine
, possibly milk

preparation

Crumble the biscuits, heat the butter or margarine and mix the biscuit crumbs with the liquid fat.

Divide the mixture into 10 glasses or a large bowl, press lightly on the bottom and place in a cool place.
