Christmas cake recipe without oven!

Ingredients :

4 eggs

a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanillin

1.5 tablespoons sugar

300 ml milk

150g flour

45g cocoa

100 ml boiling water

45g melted butter

Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil

Fry on both sides like regular pancakes

Pour hot water over 100 g of dried plums

5 tablespoons cream cheese

3 full tablespoons boiled condensed milk

Now let’s assemble the roll

Wrap the roll tightly in foil
