The most amazing GENTLE cake for the New Year! Christmas cake recipe!

Preparing the cake base:

2 eggs. A pinch of salt.

70g sugar.

1 tablespoon honey.

20g butter.

30 ml milk.

65g baking flour.

10 g unsweetened cocoa.

22cm shape.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 25 minutes.

Dough preparation for crepes:

180g flour.

35g unsweetened cocoa.

A pinch of salt.

10g sugar.

3 eggs.

260 g warm milk.

160g boiling water.

Strain through a sieve to avoid lumps.

60 g liquid honey.

25g vegetable oil.

Cover with stretch film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.

Bake on both sides over medium heat.

Preparation of the cream:

250 g cream cheese.

45g powdered sugar.

150 g thick Greek yogurt.
