Ingredients
10 eggs (size M)
1 pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar or a tsp. vanilla extract
220g sugar
100 g vegetable oil (odorless)
100 ml milk (room temperature)
190g flour
5g baking powder
35g cocoa
60 ml hot water
I bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat without fan for about 25 minutes.
