New New Year’s dessert in 15 minutes that melts in your mouth / Without oven! No gelatin!

Introduction:

Prepare batter for crepes:

4 eggs.

10 g vanilla sugar.

A pinch of salt.

50g sugar.

20 g cocoa powder.

Gradually pour in 480 ml milk.

190g flour.

40g vegetable oil.

Strain through a sieve to avoid lumps.

Cover with stretch film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Bake on both sides over medium heat.

Preparation of the cream:

5 tablespoons of mascarpone or cream cheese.

3 tablespoons condensed milk.

40 g coconut flakes.
