Ingredients :
Note: The volume of the cup is 250 ml
For dough:
120 g (1/2 cup) softened butter
A pinch of salt
100 g (1/2 cup) Sugar
3 egg yolks
240 g (1.5 cups) Flour
16g (2 tsp) Baking powder
90 g (6 tbsp) Milk
Baking tin 28×18 cm
Bake at 180℃ (356℉) in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes
For cherry jam:
600 g (4 cups) cherries
60 g (4 tbsp) sugar
30 g (3 tbsp) cornstarch
50 g (1/5 cup) water
For meringue:
3 egg whites
