INGREDIENTS

Butter 160g / 5.5oz.

Honey 180 gr / 6.3 oz.

Melt over low heat.

1 teaspoon baking powder.

Fry over low heat for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool at room temperature.

4 eggs.

Sugar 60 gr / 2 oz.

Beat for 6-7 minutes until this consistency is reached.

Flour 250 g / 8.8 oz.

Sheet with baking paper measuring 40 x 30 cm / 15.5 x 12 inches.
