Ingredients :
4 large eggs
200g sugar
200 g ground almonds (or almond flour)
2 oranges (organic, untreated)
Preparation :
Prepare the oranges: Wash the oranges thoroughly and then boil them whole in a pot of water for about 1 hour until they are soft.
Then let them cool down.
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan oven) and grease a baking pan (approx. 20-22 cm in diameter) well.
Process oranges: Cut the cooled oranges into pieces and remove any seeds.
Using a blender or food processor, puree the orange pieces until smooth.
Prepare the dough: In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer or food processor until the mixture is light and fluffy.
