Cottage cheese cake

Ingredients 

– 3 eggs
– 500g of white cheese
– 100g of sugar
– 90g flour

Optional:

– Zest of half a lemon (or half a teaspoon of liquid vanilla)

Preparation :

Turn the oven on to 180°C

Mix the fromage blanc and sugar in a salad bowl. Separate the whites from the yolks. Incorporate the egg yolks into the fromage blanc/sugar mixture.

Add the flour and mix.
