Creamy chocolate cake

Creamy chocolate cake with sour cream and chocolate icing. A moist, rich and richly chocolate cake that will be perfect for the Easter table.

The creamy chocolate cake is very simple to make and can be made a few days in advance and stored in the fridge.

You can also add pieces of chocolate, chopped walnuts or dried cranberries, previously soaked and drained, to the inside of the babka.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE:

2 cups of cake flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of sugar
225 g butter, room temperature
