Jewish gingerbread is a recipe that we make two weeks before the holidays and store in a cool place. After aging, the dough will be delicate, soft and incredibly aromatic.
Jewish gingerbread is made with honey, oil or melted butter with a bit of alcohol and orange juice. Add chopped walnuts and candied orange peel inside, and pour dark chocolate icing on top.
Delicious, moist and delicate gingerbread that will be a perfect complement to your Christmas table.
