The chocolate cube is a cake on a fluffy cocoa sponge cake with a layer of currant jam and a rich chocolate and cream cream sprinkled with cocoa on top.
The cocoa sponge cake can be soaked in a strong infusion of tea, coffee or water with a bit of chocolate liqueur.
You can replace the currant jam with cherry jam or plum jam to give the cake a Christmas note.

5 eggs (size L) at room temperature
3/4 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of cake flour
2 teaspoons of potato flour
1/3 cup of cocoa
pinch of salt
