Ingredients
1 cup oil
1/2 kg chicken, boneless
3 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
To taste, salt
To taste, chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1 tsp. chilli flakes
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp. karahi masala
2 tsp. coriander seeds, crushed
2 tsp. cumin seeds, crushed
2-3 green chillies, halved
As required, cilantro, chopped
