Kiyv Cake is light and airy in the center, with a bit of a crunch, sandwiched by soft sponge layers. It’s a true Ukrainian Classic cake. It takes an effort of love, but the outcome will have you come for seconds!
Ingredients

6 egg whites at room temperature
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup hazelnuts chopped
2 cup jam strawberry, peach or apricot
Cream
6 egg yolks
1/3 cup water
8 tbsp condensed milk
4 oz chocolate chips
400 g Unsalted Butter room temperature
