Ingredients
For the dough:
- 175g soft butter + a little more for the mold
- 150g sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 1 Salt Socket
- 4 Owner
- 75ml lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
- Grated zest of 2 lemons
- 150g natural yoghurt
- 275g wheat flour type 405+ a little more for the mold
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 100g coconut flakes + 30g for decoration
For the casting:
- approx. 75g icing sugar
- Juice 1/2 lemon
