Ingredients
PIE CRUST
▢2 ½ cups flour
▢2 teaspoons sugar
▢1 teaspoon salt
▢20 tablespoons cold butter 2 ½ sticks cut into cubes
▢1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▢¼ cup cold water
PIE FILLING
▢¾ cup sugar
▢⅓ cup flour
▢¼ teaspoon salt
▢2 cups milk
▢3 egg yolk beaten
▢2 tablespoons butter
▢1 teaspoon vanilla
▢2-3 bananas
WHIPPED CREAM
▢1 cup heavy cream
▢2-3 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar
▢½ teaspoon vanilla
