Ingredients :
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
8g vanilla sugar
80g of sugar
130g melted butter
380g flour
10g baking powder
2 apples
2 teaspoons lemon juice
40g sugar
1 egg

80g of sugar
400ml of milk
80g cornstarch
180ml cream (33% fat)
120g cream cheese
50g flaked almonds (optional)
Icing sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions :
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, 8g of vanilla sugar and 80g of sugar. Then add 130g of melted butter. Incorporate 380g of flour and 10g of baking powder. Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Line a 24cm cake tin with baking paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
