Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
For the Topping
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the top of the batter with mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before lifting out the parchment paper and cutting into squares.
