Ingredients
For the sponge cake:
3 eggs size M
100 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
130 g flour
25 g cornstarch
½ packet of baking powder
For the strawberry cream filling:
10 sheets of white gelatine
330 g fresh strawberries
420 g low- fat curd cheese
290 g curd 40%
140 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
330 g cream
For decoration:
6 strawberries
Some powdered sugar
Some whipped cream
Instructions
Dough preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. This takes about 8 minutes and is important for the dough to be light and fluffy.
Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder thoroughly.
