Ingredients

Crust (it is necessary to bake three such crusts)
4 egg whites
4 spoons of sugar
6 spoons of ground roasted hazelnuts
baking powder, on top of a small teaspoon
1 spoonful of flour

15 spoons of sugar
9 spoons of density
1 liter of milk
250 g of butter
100 g dark milk chocolate
100 g of white milk chocolate
100 g of ground roasted hazelnuts
Additionally
2 dcl of sweet cream
120 g of whipped cream + 120 ml of cold sour water
Preparation

1. First prepare the hazelnuts. Spread the raw hazelnuts on a large baking sheet and put them in the oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake until the membrane gets a completely dark color (almost black), but do not let them overcook.
