Ingredients:
For one of two dark bases:
● 4 eggs,
● 4 tablespoons sugar,
● 1.5 tablespoons semolina,
● 3 tablespoons cocoa,
● half a teaspoon baking powder
For the white base:
● 6 egg whites,
● 300 g sugar,
● 1 tablespoon semolina,
● 1 tablespoon vinegar
For the filling:
● 6 egg yolks,
● 250 g icing sugar,
● 200 g white cooking chocolate,
● 1 packet of vanilla whipped cream,
● 50 ml milk
For the white cream:
● 3 packets of whipped cream,
● 200 ml milk,
● 4 tablespoons sugar
For sprinkling:
● some ground hazelnuts,
● chocolate sprinkles
