Digestive biscuit pieces, and mini marshmallows coated in a creamy, thick dark chocolate. The perfect no-bake treat!
Ingredients
- 14 oz (400g) high quality dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup (90g) golden syrup, corn syrup, honey, or agave
- 200g digestive biscuits, broken into pieces (you can use graham crackers, shortbread cookies, or any other)
- 1 cup (60g) mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with foil or parchment paper, and set aside.
- In a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt the chocolate, butter, and golden syrup. Remove from the heat, and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the biscuits, and then the marshmallows. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, and refrigerate until set – about 2 – 3 hours, or overnight.
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored, covered, in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. It also freezes well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
