Ingredients:
For the crust:
24 golden Oreo cookies
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake filling:
16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
For garnish:
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven and prepare the pan:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Line an 8″ x 8″ baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang on the sides for easier removal. Lightly grease with cooking spray.
