Ingredients
For the Cookies
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons almond extract
For the Almond Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk, or sub water
1 teaspoon almond extract
