1 cup – 250g/ml
All-purpose flour/wheat flour 1.5 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Eggs 3
vanilla essence 1 tsp
sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
preparation
- This is how it works: First preheat the oven to 180° C, grease the baking pan with oil and dust it with a little flour.
- Now mix the flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
- Now heat the milk and butter in a pan until the butter melts. Keep it hot.
- Take eggs in a wide bowl. Beat the eggs on high speed for 3 minutes or until thick and slightly colored.
- Now add the sugar and beat again at medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
- Next, add the flour mixture, vanilla essence and hot milk to the egg mixture. Mix well until combined into a smooth dough.
- Finally, pour the batter into the prepared baking pan (smaller one) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
