PRE-COOKED CHICKPEAS 150 grams
DARK CHOCOLATE 150 grams
STEEP WINE 20 ml

How to prepare the Baby Jesus pillows:
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Put the flour on a work surface, add the icing sugar, eggs, soft butter cubes and a pinch of salt in the middle and season with the grated lemon peel.
Step 2
Begin mixing the ingredients with your hands until you get a smooth, even mixture.
Step 3
Form a loaf, wrap it in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for half an hour.
Step 4
In the meantime, continue with the filling. Puree the pre-cooked chickpeas in a blender bowl and roughly chop the dark chocolate with a knife
