Chocolate cake: the crumbly and creamy dessert recipe from the cupboard

Ingredients:

FOR PASTRY:
FLOUR 330 g (+ 1 spoon for the dough board)
BUTTER 165 grams
EGG 1
YELLOW 2
BROWN SUGAR 130 grams
VANILLA EXTRACT 1 teaspoon
CHEMICAL YEAST 1/2 teaspoon
OFFER: 1 pinch
FOR THE CHOCOLATE CREAM:
DARK CHOCOLATE 200 gr
LATTÉ 250 gr
SUGAR 100 grams
BUTTER 35 grams
FLOUR 40 grams

How to make a chocolate cake:

Step 1
Prepare the dough: Collect the soft butter cut into cubes in a container
Step 2
Add the sugar
Step 3
Season with a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Step 4
Add a pinch of salt
Step 5
Mix the ingredients thoroughly
Step 6
Add the whole egg and mix well
Step 7
Add egg yolks one at a time and continue mixing with an electric whisk.
