Chocolate cheesecake: the simple and delicious dessert recipe

Ingredients :

FOR THE BASE:
Dark chocolate covered biscuits 250 g
BAUDET 80 grams
FOR THE FILLING:
FRESH WHIPPED CREAM 250 gr
MASCARPONE 250 gr
DARK CHOCOLATE 100 grams
Icing sugar 100 grams
FOR DECORATION:
Cocoa spread
WHITE CHOCOLATE CURLS
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Step 1
Grind the biscuits in a food processor. Melt the butter slightly, add to the biscuits and mix gently
Step 2
Line the bottom of a 20 cm diameter springform pan with a sheet of baking paper and then cover the bottom with the biscuit mixture, making sure that it reaches the edges. Place in the fridge and leave to rest for about an hour.
Step 3
Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, then add to the mascarpone and mix well.
