Sausages and beans: the recipe for a hearty second course

Sausages and beans is a rustic and tasty second course , ideal for the winter season; a recipe inspired by that of Fagioli all’uccelletto and prepared for us by Chef Michele Ghedini .
To prepare this dish you just have to brown the sausages in a pan, then add the tomato puree and the cannellini beans already cooked and let everything cook for about half an hour. They are ready in no time and are ideal for a hearty dinner with family or friends.
