Kinder Pinguì cake: the recipe for the cold dessert with cream and chocolate

The Kinder Pinguì cake is a cold dessert inspired by the famous snack loved by adults and children, as well as the Kinder Delice cake and the Kinder Paradiso cake. A soft cocoa sponge cake filled with a cream-based cream enriched with mascarpone and hazelnut cream and covered with a delicious dark chocolate icing, it is perfect as a birthday cake but also as a fresh end to a summer meal, to be cut into many small rectangular or square portions and decorated with pieces of the Kinder snack.
Our sponge cake is soft and moist thanks to the addition of yogurt and enriched with coffee , which can be mixed or replaced with the same amount of milk to adapt the cake to the tastes of children, and with peanut butter , which makes it even tastier. In case of allergies, peanut butter can be replaced with equal grams of butter, with another nut butter, for example almond or cashew butter, or with condensed milk : in this case the amount of sugar must be reduced by at least a third, otherwise the cake would be too sweet.
To prepare the Kinder Pinguì cake, just follow a few simple steps: let’s find out together what they are. If you want to discover other refrigerator desserts , try the Kinder Slice Milk Cake.
