Ingredients
For the mixture:
1 ½ tablespoons of instant yeast
5 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of hot milk (500 ml)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of diluted or melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup of oil (50-60 ml)
1 kg of wheat flour
For the filling:
5 tablespoons of margarine or butter
1 cup of sugar (200 g)
100 grams of coconut flakes
For the syrup:
2 cups of milk (500 ml)
1 cup of sugar
Preparation
Mixture:
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, yeast).
Mix milk with sugar, margarine, oil and lightly beaten eggs.
Form a volcano with the dough in a medium-high container and gradually add the liquid to the center.
