Cherry cake: the recipe for a soft and easy-to-prepare dessert

Cherry cake is a very soft and easy to prepare dessert, ideal for breakfast, as a snack or to enjoy as a special dessert at the end of the meal: a cake with a soft consistency and with fresh cherries inside and on the surface that pamper it by releasing their juice and making the dessert juicy and fragrant in the right place.
To do this we will prepare the dough with granulated sugar, eggs, 00 flour, potato starch, vanilla sugar, melted butter, baking powder and orange peel. However, the cherries will be pitted and placed both on the base dusted with butter and flour and on the dough: this way they will not fall to the bottom. This will make it perfect and delicious.
You can also add the cherries to the buttered and sugared cake tin, which will give you a caramelized effect at the end of the preparation. You can also replace the fresh cherries with cherries in syrup, so you can make this soft and delicious cake all year round.
