Chocolate cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and especially delicious

Ingredients:

For the ganache:
130 g dark chocolate
15 g butter
115 g cream
1 tbsp brown sugar

For the cake batter:
120 g flour
120 g lukewarm coffee
100 g sugar

50 g brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
5 g baking powder

55 g vegetable oil
90 g cream
1 large egg
1 tbsp vanilla
