1 potato
1 carrot
1 onion
1/2 young cabbage
30 ml water
2 eggs
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons flour
Olive oil
Instructions:
Prepare the vegetables:
Peel the potato and carrot and grate finely.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Cut half the young cabbage into thin slices.
Cooking vegetables:
In a saucepan, cook the grated potato and carrot for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Cook the sliced ββonion for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Cooking cabbage:
Heat 30 ml of water in a pan and add the chopped cabbage.
Simmer for a few minutes until the cabbage is soft.
