Ingredients for the foundation:

Cookies – 400 grams
Milk for dipping
Ingredients for the cream:
Mascarpone cheese – 500 grams
Whipped cream – 500 ml
Vanilla flavoring – 3 tablespoons
Powdered sugar – 70 grams
White chocolate – 200 grams
Other ingredients:
Strawberries – 500 grams
Decoration:
White chocolate (grated)
HOW IS IT PREPARED?
Prepare the strawberries by cutting them into thin slices, which will later be used for layering the cake.
To prepare the cream, start by melting the white chocolate. Pour 100 ml of whipped cream over it and melt it in the microwave or steam. When it melts, let it cool.
Place the mascarpone cheese, cooled melted chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla flavoring and the remaining whipping cream in a large bowl.
