This lemon cream cheese cake recipe is a real New Year’s Eve delicacy, loved in my family and sure to disappear from the plates in no time.
Ingredients needed for a 24 x 34 cm pan:
3 eggs
3 spoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon cold water
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Grated peel from a lemon
Strawberry jam
For the lemon cream:
400 ml of milk
3-4 spoons of sugar
2 egg yolks
50 g corn starch
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
50 g
3 g of gelatin
For the cream cheese:
250 g cottage cheese
100 ml of whipped cream
3 g of gelatin
Whipped cream for the top layer:
200 ml of whipped cream
2-3 spoons of sugar
For decoration:
Grated chocolate
