Ingredients:
For the dough:
2 eggs
180 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
200 g cream (20% fat)
160 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoons raisins (pre-washed)
For the cream:
450 g cream
2-3 spoons of powdered sugar
1/3 teaspoon citric acid
Preparation instructions:
Preparation of the dough:
Beat 2 eggs in a large bowl, adding a pinch of salt, 180g of sugar and the vanilla sugar.
Mix well with a mixer, but do not overdo it to avoid turning the eggs into a frothy mass.
