Puff pastry: 800 g
Yolks: 2 pcs.
Cream (30-36% fat): 200 ml
Vanilla sugar: 20 g
Sugar: 6 tablespoons
Corn starch: 6 tablespoons
Milk: 800 ml
Weight: 100 g
Powdered sugar: for decoration
Preparation Instructions:
Preparation of the Dough: Sprinkle the work surface with flour and stretch the puff pastry to a size of 30-40 cm. Cut the dough into two equal rectangles. Cut one of the rectangles into strips, and prick the other with a fork.
