Pan cake with cottage cheese, semolina and kefir – Ideal for the whole family

The size of the tray in which we prepared is: 27 x 20 cm

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese – 700 g
As it melts – 30 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Salt – a pinch
Vanilla essence or vanilla sugar
Sugar – 130 g
Cheese – 200 g
Griș – 80 g
Frozen berries (optional)

Method of preparation:

Preheating the oven : Preheat the oven to 180°C before starting to prepare the casserole.

Preparation of the dough :
In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese with the melted butter.
Add a pinch of salt, vanilla essence or vanilla sugar and regular sugar. Mix well.
