Apple and Cream Pie – Delicious and Aromatic

Ingredients for the pie:

250 g of flour
40 g of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 pieces of egg yolks
90 g
A pinch of salt
Ingredients for the cream:
2 pieces of egg whites
30 g corn starch
40 g of sugar
400 g cream
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Ingredients for the apple layer:
500 g of my
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
40 g of sugar

Method of preparation:

Combine the flour with baking powder and salt, then add the cold butter to the flour product and grind until crumbly.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until it dissolves, then pour the mixture into the shortcrust pastry and mix well.
