120 g flour

For the coconut layer:
2 eggs
80 g sugar
180-200 g dried coconut
For the filling:
300 g cream cheese
70 g caster sugar
300 g whipped cream
100 g melted white chocolate
50 g dried coconut
80 g toasted almonds
100 ml of cream (or milk) + 1 tablespoon of sugar for the syrup
For the chocolate ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
100 g cream
