Air fryer dinner rolls are a great alternative to traditional dinner rolls. Simply mix the ingredients to form a dough, let it rise, then bake it. They are light and fluffy, and their texture is excellent: soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Can I prepare it in advance?
The dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days. Take it out of the fridge, let it come to room temperature, rise for 90 minutes and put it in the oven. (The dough can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Make sure the water is warm to the touch. If it is too cold, the yeast will not be effective. If it’s too hot, you’ll kill the yeast.
