Croatian vanilla-whipped millefeuille ( or kremsnita ) in Croatian is a dessert very common in the Balkans. It consists of two layers of puff pastry, cooked vanilla cream and whipped whipped cream.
INGREDIENTS
For the pudding layer
1 L milk
1 vanilla pod
60 g sugar
2 packs vanilla pudding powder
For the cream layer:
200 ml cream
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack cream stiffener
