Ingredients

for 10 people
250 g vanilla pudding
250 g mascarpone cheese

400 ml whipped cream
2 packages of Dolcela vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250 g Mileram (sour cream substitute)
2 tablespoons icing sugar

FOR THE RED FILLING
400 g strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar
60 ml water
2 tablespoons Gussnela Dolcela (cornflour)
60 ml water

FOR THE BASES
1 large package of sponge biscuits
300 ml milk
50 g white chocolate shavings
