Ingredients
100 grams butter
100 grams sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons milk
4 egg yolks
100 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Meringue
100 grams of almond flakes
4 egg whites
180 grams of sugar
Cake filling
5 dl vanilla cream
2.5 dl cream
preparation
Start by making the cake base.
Mix room temperature butter and sugar until a buttercream forms.
Stir in the egg yolks one at a time.
Sift flour, baking powder and icing sugar.
Finally, add milk and stir.
